AgriFest – More Than a Party

An evening for the agricultural industry, filled with connections, conversations and new opportunities.

AgriFest is the agricultural industry’s shared evening event – a place to network, catch up with colleagues and enjoy relaxed encounters over great music. When the exhibition day comes to an end, the conversations continue at AgriFest, new collaborations begin and the most important strength of all grows stronger – the sense of community within the industry.

AgriFest takes place on Thursday 8 October from 19:00 to 23:00 in Hall 1 at the Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre, on the opening day of MaatalousKonemessut. The event is K-18. The evening kicks off with the industry’s shared After Work at the restaurants in the gallery area from 17:00 to 19:00.

Evening programme

The evening’s live performance comes from Jimmy Cola, a party band led by farmer Jussi Mikkola. Their repertoire spans a wide range of musical styles, featuring the best Finnish and international hits. The band’s musicians are also familiar faces from the backing bands of many well-known artists.

The evening’s other music is provided by DJs who regularly perform at Restaurant Zetor.

The evening will also feature relaxed networking activities and opportunities to meet other people from across the industry. Participants include Maaseutunuoret, Maaseutuverkosto and Faba’s bull rodeo.

MTK’s harassment contact persons will be present at the event to help ensure a welcoming, safe and inclusive evening for everyone.

Dining

For an additional fee, you can enjoy a generous and delicious buffet dinner made from Finnish ingredients from 19:00 to 20:30. The menu will be announced later.

Includes admission to AgriFest on Thursday 8 October from 19:00 to 23:00.

Ticket + buffet €50
Includes admission to AgriFest from 19:00 to 23:00 and buffet dinner from 19:00 to 20:30.
