Viljakuivureiden päivitys nykyaikaan

Monet hyvin toimivat viljakuivurit on rakennettu 10-20 vuotta sitten, mutta niistä puuttuu nykytekniikan tehokkuus. Näiden kuivureiden digitalisointi voi vähentää kuivauskustannuksia merkittävästi. Teknologiamme kerää lämpötilatietoja kuivurista ja käyttää tekoälyä ennustamaan
tarkasti, milloin erä on valmis. Ratkaisumme tekee kuivausprosessista tehokkaamman ja tarkemman.

Bringing grain dryers into the 21st century

Many grain dryers in use today were built 10-20 years ago. While these older systems generally perform well, they lack the efficiency and benefits of modern technology. By digitizing these dryers at a low cost, operators can gain greater flexibility and significantly reduce drying costs. Batch dryers, in particular, benefit from this upgrade, as operators often have to guess when a batch is ready.

We have developed a new technology that collects temperature data from the dryer and uses AI to analyze previous drying cycles. This allows us to accurately predict when a batch will be ready, making the drying process more efficient and precise. The dryer’s control box connects to a server where data is processed and analyzed, saving energy and giving farmers more control and accuracy in managing their drying operations.

This smart management system reduces the workload for dryer operators and enables savings on inputs like fuel, gas, and electricity. By optimizing the drying process, it also improves the preservation and marketability of farmers’ crops.
